What products do you offer?
We offer custom 3D printed items in two main collections.
Custom logo items include coasters, fidget clickers, keychains, magnets, and name plates. Custom pet portrait items include coasters, fidget clickers, keychains, magnets, and plaques.

What material do you use?
We primarily use high-quality FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) plastics, including PLA and PETG (upon special request and pricing), selected for their durability and clean finish. Our filament is sourced from the U.S.A. through Atomic Filament.
Depending on the product, we also incorporate magnets and mechanical hardware directly into the print.
How long does production take?
All custom orders require image processing, customer
approval, and production time based on order size:
· Typical total processing time takes 3-5 business days, from customer order to ship.
· Image processing — All orders take a minimum of 1-2 business days for image processing.
· Customer approval — Production begins after you approve the digital proof.
· Bulk orders — Bulk orders can take up to 2 weeks for production.
If you have a deadline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Staying in contact and responding quickly to proof approvals or questions helps speed up the process.
Do I get to see my design before it's printed?
Yes, and it's free. We email you a rendered digital proof of your product, usually within 1–2 business days of your order. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Two rounds of revisions are included.
What are your shipping options?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $70 or more.
For orders below $70, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package details, and the available carrier options. We ship through USPS, FedEx, and UPS, and tracking is emailed to you automatically once your order ships.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
Best results come from a vector file: AI, EPS, or SVG. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works well.
We can work from a JPG or screenshot, though detail and edge quality may be reduced. We can accommodate most file types, and even a link to your website displaying your logo may be sufficient. Send us the best file or reference you have, and we’ll let you know if anything else is needed before we begin. Cleanup of a reasonable logo file is included at no extra charge.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
How do I place a bulk order?
Bulk pricing is built into every product page — just pick your pack size. Packs run up to 100 units on most items, and per-unit pricing drops as much as 77% at the largest pack. For orders above 500 units, or for a mixed order across several products, contact us for a custom quote.
