What products do you offer?

We create custom 3D printed branded items from your logo, including keychains, magnets, fidget clickers, coasters, and more. Browse our store to see our full catalog.

What material do you use?

We primarily use high-quality FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) plastics, including PLA and PETG, selected for their durability and clean finish. Depending on the product, we also incorporate magnets and mechanical hardware directly into the print.

What color choices are available?

All of our colors are available on every product we offer. Each product listing includes photos of finished samples so you can see exactly what each color looks like. We’re always adding new colors to our lineup — check back often or contact us if you have a specific color in mind.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the complexity and quantity of your order:

Simple items — Can ship as soon as next day.
Standard orders — Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days before shipping.
Complex custom items or bulk orders — May take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on the scope of the order.

If you have a deadline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and expedited shipping. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! All of our products are customized from your logo or artwork. Contact us with your design and we’ll be happy to help bring it to life.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept PNG, SVG, JPG, and JPEG files.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
