How your order works
- Place your order. Pick your pack size and options at checkout. You’ll upload your logo during checkout.
- We model it. We convert your logo into a 3D print-ready model and match your colors to the closest tones in our palette.
- You approve a free digital proof. We email you a rendered image of your product before anything is printed. Nothing goes into production until you say go.
- We print and finish. 3–5 business days once your proof is approved.
- It ships. Tracking is emailed to you automatically.
Logo file requirements
Best results come from a vector file: AI, EPS, or SVG. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works well.
We can usually work from a JPG or a screenshot, but detail and edge quality suffer. If your file isn’t ideal, we’ll tell you before we start — not after.
Don’t have a usable file? Send whatever you have. Cleanup of a reasonable logo file is included at no extra charge.
Turnaround
- Proof: within 1–2 business days of your order
- Production: 3–5 business days after you approve your proof
- Rush: next-day production is possible on simpler designs — email us before ordering
- Large or complex orders: up to 2 weeks
- Shipping: free standard shipping on US orders of $70 or more — otherwise $8.00 standard, $15.00 express
Two rounds of proof revisions are included, which is how we hold these turnaround times for everyone.

Good to know
- Order 1 or 500. A single unit is a real sample of your finished product — not a mockup. Order one, approve it in hand, then reorder in bulk.
- Made in Seattle. Designed, printed, and finished in-house. Veteran owned.
- Custom work is non-returnable unless it arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved proof. If either happens, contact us within 7 days and we’ll remake it free.
